Last Call for Walton Feed Order

Howdy!


If you were hoping to get in on this order, but missed the deadline, there is still time!

I can still take orders if anyone is interested. Please email your order to me no later than Monday night (the 23rd) at midnight! Money is due shortly after that...just put it in the mail to me early next week. Debit and credit cards are accepted on orders over $200.00. Just let me know that you want to pay by credit card, and I will get payment information from you.

Please email me if you need the price list. I will not have access to my computer most of Saturday, but will be back on my computer on Sunday.

Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested. At this point, all orders need to be emailed to me, and I will group them with the nearest delivery. Delivery locations have not yet been determined. It depends on where we get orders large enough to qualify for a delivery.

Delivery is expected in October and early November, depending on how many truckloads we have.

Deadline Almost Here!

This is just a reminder about the Walton Feed Fall Group Order! Orders are due to me September 8th.  Payments are due shortly after that...just get your payment in the mail to me as soon as you can. Checks and Credit/Debit cards are accepted.

Walton Feed Group Order is Open!

 

I'm so happy to start this next order, because many people have emailed asking about it! I'm glad y'all are thinking of your food storage and being prepared! All are welcome to join our order!

 

ATTACHED

There are 3 forms attached. (Please email me for attachments because they cannot be attached to a blog!) : )

 

1 - The PDF Price List is printable and for your convenience. It can easily be emailed and people can print their own copy. It is in a PDF format, so anyone can open it, regardless of what kind of computer they have.

 

2 - The Excel Price List is what you should use to turn in your order. All you have to do is fill out the contact information in the top left corner, then type in your quantities. Your order total and weight will automatically be added up at the bottom of the page. Save this to your computer, then you can attach it to an email and send it to your group leader!

 

3- What Should I Store PDF -  I have attached a form that states recommended foods and amounts. The first page shows a year supply of basics for one person. On the second page I broke it down to a one month supply for one person to help it seem more do-able. This is a great page to copy and use as a handout! The third page is more info and comments if you care to read them. May you be blessed as you work on your food storage and family preparedness. : )

 

DEADLINE

The deadline for everyone to have their orders turned in to their group leader is September 1, 2013! Group (or Stake) Leaders need to have their orders to me no later than September 8th. Please follow the deadlines that your group leader gives you! Their deadline for you might be different so they have time to meet my deadline of September 8th. Delivery will most likely be in October and November, and will depend on where we are in line once the order is turned in to Walton Feed. We will not have delivery information until the order is figured out and organized and trucks are routed.

 

GROUP FOOD STORAGE BLOG!!

I have set up this blog for this order! Those who have ordered can log on at any time and see updates and delivery information for this order! This will make it so much easier for all involved! I would highly recommend for everyone who orders, to sign up to receive email notifications when I post a new update. Just type in your email address where it says "Follow By Email".

 

SPREAD THE WORD

There are so many people buzzing about food storage and really wanting to do an order. Would you please try to email it out to anyone who might be interested, and let people know about it. Feel free to share it with neighbors, friends, family, church groups, homeschool groups, etc. With all that is happening in the world, it's a good time to make sure we have our food storage and supplies in order. Thanks for all you do to help others be prepared. I know that we are blessed as we serve each other!

Lots of people are asking if we can start another order, and I am ready! If we go ahead and do it now, we can make the deadline the first part of September, and receive our food hopefully in October! That would be much nicer than receiving our food near the holidays and when it is so cold! 

Also, there are many people asking if they can start an order in their area (or if their sister can, etc.) The answer is YES! If you know of anyone who would like to start an order in their area (doesn't matter where it is), please have them contact me. There will be a small incentive given to group leaders for this next order. We just got an order started in the San Antonio, TX area and their group is really excited about the opportunity.

Truck #1 Schedule

Truck #1 schedule was sent out Monday to the group leaders. If you do not know about the schedule yet, please contact your group leader. The truck will be delivering Friday, Saturday and Monday!

I will have the exact delivery schedule on Monday. June 3rd. The truck will leave Idaho this week and will start delivering by the weekend and go into next week with deliveries. The GA orders will be first, then the NC/SC order, then FL.

The very second I know the exact schedule, I will send an email letting all of you know. We usually have a lot more heads up on the schedule, but the trucking schedule has opened up, and they can ship our first truck right away, so we are excited to take it! : )

Truck #2 will have the rest of our orders on it, and it will ship as soon as Kelly gets back to Idaho after delivering Truck #1.

UPS/LTL orders are being shipped this week. If this is you, I will send tracking information once the order is shipped.

Quick Update

Hello everyone!

Thanks for your orders! And thanks for being such wonderful people to work with! I really enjoy all of my "food storage friends"! : )

I just wanted to write a quick note to tell you that we should have trucking and delivery information very soon. I will post it on the blog as soon as I have anything specific. (And I will send emails to all group leaders.) They will ship our first truck in the first half of June...more info as soon as I have the details.

EXTENDING DEADLINE and HELP SPREAD THE WORD!

Hello Everyone!

EXTENDING DEADLINE

I have had a LOT of people ask me if we could please extend the deadline on the Spring Walton Feed order. So I am extending the deadline to April 15th. I need all group and individual orders turned in to me by then. If you are ordering under a group leader, please follow the deadline that she gives you, so she can have the group order to me by April 15th.

If you are just hearing about this order and want to spread the word in your area and try to get your own delivery, please email me and I can help you with any extra time accommodations you might need.

MINIMUM FOR DELIVERY

There are so many people wanting to get more prepared and build up their food storage. Please help spread the word about the order to help ensure a large enough order for a delivery in your area! It does not take that large of an order to get a delivery...just 1 pallet (2000 lbs) to be considered.

PAYMENT

Please send payment as soon as possible after you turn in your order. Checks or Cashiers Checks are preferred, but I can also take credit cards if needed, especially on large orders. Please follow any instructions from your group leader concerning payment.

PRICE LISTS and CORRECT ERROR

There is a pricing error on a #10 can of Whole Wheat Macaroni (K095). The correct price is $11.40! Not $39.10! Oops!
