southeastern US, it's reminding us of how we need to do what we can to be
prepared for whatever may come. Just doing a little something can make all the
difference! Please help spread the word about this order, and let me know if you
would like to head up a group delivery. We can have delivery locations ANYWHERE!
(Read below.) All are welcome to
join our order! Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested. We
have only 5 weeks before the ordering deadline!
PLEASE
READ
You can order as little or as much as
you would like! Walton Feed offers a huge variety of food in #10 cans (about the
size of a gallon), #2.5 cans (about the size of a quart), 6 gallon buckets, and
bulk bags and boxes. We get a discount from Walton Feed's retail prices and good
truck shipping rates. We will have delivery locations all over the east coast
from Florida to New York, and several other areas in the central US and west
coast. Anyone can start a group in their area! Groups need a minimum order of
2000 lbs (1 pallet) to qualify for their own delivery. That’s quite easy to do
if you spread the word! Let me know if you would like to start a group in your
area! We do this order twice a year, once in the spring and once in the
fall.

handout! The third page is more info and comments if you care to read them. May
you be blessed as you work on your food storage and family preparedness. :

DEADLINE AND
DELIVERY
The deadline for everyone to have their
orders turned in to their group leader is October 26th, 2016. Group
leaders need to have their orders to me by October 31st.
Delivery will most likely be in December (of course not over the Christmas
Holiday) , but it will depend on how many trucks we fill and where we are in
line once the order is turned in to Walton Feed. We will not have delivery
information until the order is figured out and organized, and trucks are routed.
PAYMENT
There are 3 options for
payment:
*Checks or Cashiers checks can be made to Melissa
Coombs or your Group Leader. Follow your Group Leaders instructions! Checks
cannot be made to Walton Feed. They do not accept personal checks for our large
group order.
*PayPal payments can be sent to macoombs5@comporium.net. Make sure to click "Pay Friends and
Family" so I am not charged a fee. Please include your name, phone number and
group/stake name in the comments so I know where to credit the payment.
*Credit card payments can be taken for orders over $200.
There will be a 2.5% fee charged. Walton Feed will no longer
accept credit card payments for our order. So if you pay by credit card, I will
run the card on my card reader, and I cannot personally pay the fee, so I have
to add that on. (Please call me with your credit card information. 803-818-1569. Make sure your group leader knows you are
paying me directly with a credit card so he/she can properly account for all
payments. I will be bombarded with phone calls and emails near the deadline
time, so it will be easiest for me if I take credit card payments about a week
after the deadline.

My Top 10 Favorites From Walton Feed
The Fall Walton Feed order is open, and people are asking about my favorite products! So here is this post again! Click here to read about it: FALL ORDER
People are always asking me what my favorite products are from Walton Feed, so here is my list! These are not in any particular order...I love them ALL!
1. Super Nutty Granola and French Almond Granola - Oh my goodness, both of these are delicious! I prefer the Super Nutty, and my children prefer the French Almond. Both are fabulous and we sell a lot of it on this order! Definitely worth trying!
2. Refried Beans - I buy these by the bucket or bulk bag! Last month we thought we had run out of these, and there was an uprising from the children..literally! I bought some canned refried beans from the store to get us by until the next order, and the kids thought they were so disgusting! Thankfully a few weeks later I found a bucket stashed in a closet and the kids chowed down again. All you have to do is add water and bring it to a boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. It has the best flavor!
3. Freeze Dried Pineapple - Have you ever tasted this? Yum, yum and yum! You have got to try these! They are amazing. You can rehydrate them and use them in any recipe calling for pineapple, but I like to munch on them right out of the can! They taste just like fresh pineapple, and have no preservatives! It's a healthy snack! I really love the strawberries and blueberries too! AMAZING fresh tasting fruits!
4. Creamy Honey - This is probably the most loved product on this Walton Feed order. I have people call me up and beg for more because they have run out. I have never tasted anything like it. It's the best honey ever....that pretty much sums it up. If you cannot afford to buy a whole case, find someone to split it with you. You will be happy you did!
5. Ova Easy Eggs - These are the best egg product on the market! They are quite expensive, but worth having them in your storage. I actually use these all the time, even when I make my famous cinnamon rolls. You can use these in baking or cooking and will not be able to tell the difference from using fresh eggs. I use them in pancakes, muffins, rolls, cakes, cookies, pies, etc. And I have even scrambled them with some bacon bits and put some cheese on them, and my kids gobbled them up in breakfast burritos. Veggie omelets are amazing too! You can use them to make bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and no one will ever know! No more emergency trips to the store because you need eggs to make something.
6. Freeze Dried Corn - Love, love love this corn! We like to snack on it right out of the can! It's so sweet! With all of the worries over the toxins in canned food (not to mention excessive sodium, etc.), I will not buy canned corn anymore. I love that freeze dried food has no preservatives or additives or even salt. This is just plain CORN! I use this for all of my recipes that have corn in it. Healthy and delicious! PS - Freeze Dried Broccoli is amazing too!
7. White Flour - I'm not sure where they get their flour, but it's the best I have ever baked with. I cannot find anything in the store that compares to it. It is so soft and silky. I have used the All Purpose Flour, the Bakers Flour, and the Unbleached Flour. It's all wonderful!
8. Chicken Bouillon - What I love the most about this chicken bouillon is that it contains no MSG! It is in a fine granular form and it doesn't take much of this to season your recipe. It has a very nice flavor. I use it in so many recipes! You might want to get this in a small can because it will take a very long time to get through a #10 can of this!
9. Gamma Seals - Have you ever almost said a bad word trying to open a 6 gallon bucket of something? Well, swear no more! : ) Put on a gamma lid, and easily get in and out of your buckets with the screw on lid! I use these on the buckets I want to get in and out of often. Once I put a gamma lid on a bucket, I call it a "pantry bucket", and when I use up all of the product, I refill it.
10. White Wheat - I can't forget white wheat! I use more of this than anything else I get from Walton Feed. I grind it fresh almost every day and use it when making pancakes, cookies, breads, rolls, muffins, and whatever! White wheat cooks up a little lighter in color, taste and texture than red wheat, and most people will like it, even if they think they are not crazy over whole wheat products.
I have compared Walton Feed's white wheat to white wheat from other companies, and I have found Walton Feed's to be superior. Once I called a company and ordered a sample of their white wheat, and when I got it, I poured it on a paper plate. Then I put some of Walton Feed's wheat on another paper plate. I was shocked at what I saw! The sample I ordered had several pieces of stems, hulls and weed seeds in it. It also had lots of "inferior" wheat kernels - they were small and misformed, and some were even black. I was surprised they had actually sent me such terrible looking wheat as a sample. Walton Feed's wheat was beautiful and clean, and it made me happy since I had MANY buckets of their wheat stored!
So that's my quick list of favorites! What are yours?
Here are favorites that some of you have told me:
Quinoa
Ezekiel Mix
Buttermilk Pancake Mix
Hot Cocoa Mix
6 Grain Rolled Cereal
Pearled Barley
Canned Meats (Signature Meats)
Orange Drink Mix
Alfalfa Seeds for Sprouting
Natural Real Salt
Honey Powder
Molasses Powder
SAF Instant Yeast
Water Storage Containers
Aerobic Stabalized Oxygen (water purification)
Hot Cocoa
Potato Dices
Whip Topping
Wonder Mill

New Walton Feed order will start soon!
Hello Everyone!
NEW ORDER and DATES
The new Walton Feed Group Order will be emailed out during the first part of September, and the deadline to get it all turned in to me will be sometime after mid-October. So get your groups ready and thinking about ordering!
HOW to Get a DELIVERY
Remember that to have a delivery in your area, you will need a minimum of 2000 pounds (which is 1 pallet). That's usually pretty easy to get if you spread the word to your family and friends...even church groups, homeschool groups, prepper groups, and other groups you might be associated with.
WANT to be a GROUP LEADER?
If you are interested in being a group leader (or just helping to promote and gather orders in your area), please let me know! I would love to know who is gathering orders so I can send people your way when I get inquiries.
We are excited about the fall order! The prices will be very similar to the last order. Not too many changes. Please let me know if you have any questions!
Please send questions to my email address below. (If you respond to this email that is automatically sent from the blog post, it will go somewhere into cybespace.) : )

we are in line once the order is turned in to Walton Feed. We will not have
delivery information until the order is figured out and organized, and trucks
are routed.
GROUP FOOD STORAGE
BLOG!!
I have set up this blog for this
order! Those who have ordered can log on at any time and see updates and
delivery information for this order! This will make it so much easier for all
involved! I would highly recommend for everyone who orders, to sign up to
receive email notifications when I post a new update. Just type in your email address where it says "Follow By Email".
You can also read some of my
posts about food storage and being prepared and see some of my
favorite recipes at:
SPREAD THE WORD
There are so many people
buzzing about food storage and really wanting to do an order. Would you please
try to email it out to anyone who might be interested, and let people know
about it. Feel free to share it with neighbors, friends, family, church groups,
homeschool groups, etc. With all that is happening in the world, it's a good
time to make sure we have our food storage and supplies in order. Thanks for
all you do to help others be prepared. I know that we are blessed as we serve
each other!
GROUP/STAKE LEADERS
These orders are organized by
groups in geographical areas (Stakes). If you need to know who your Group
Leader is, please contact me and I will try to get you in touch with the right
person. Also, the spreadsheet is locked to preserve the formulas and you can
email me for the password if you are a group leader. That will allow you to
copy and paste orders to create a master group spreadsheet.
If you are a past group
leader, please let me know if you plan to head up an order this time or not. If you want to start up an order in your area, email
me and let me know and I will help you get started. Thanks for all of your time
and service to help others get prepared!
QUESTIONS?
If you have any questions
about this order, please email me and I will be happy to help! Have a wonderful
week! Melissa : )

New Order will Start Feb 1st
Hello Everyone!
NEW ORDER
I just wanted to send out a quick note to let you know that the new Walton Feed Group Order will be out on February 1st. (That's in 3 weeks!) It will have a deadline around March 15th. So save up your money and get ready to order! Walton Feed has quality products and this is a great opportunity to stock up on delicious food storage items, and an easy way to eat healthier and more economically!
HOW OFTEN?
We do this order twice a year - once in the spring and once in the fall. Delivery of all trucks usually takes a few months once we turn in the order. It depends on where we stand in line for trucking orders once we turn the order in, and how many trucks we have filled. But you will get plenty of notice on delivery date and time. Usually we know about 2 weeks in advance. On this last order, we knew exact date and time of each delivery location about a month in advance.
WHERE ARE DELIVERIES?
Delivery locations are determined by which areas turn in orders large enough to qualify for their own delivery. To qualify for a delivery, we need to have a 2000 lb order, which is 1 pallet. It's quite easy to get that if you spread the word and let people know about this opportunity. Anyone can be a group leader and help spread the word in their area. This order is run by volunteers. Sometimes we group smaller orders together that are near each other so they qualify for a delivery in their general area. There's always a way to make it work! And we can deliver anywhere in the 48 states!
PAYMENT
Payments can be made by check, PayPal, or credit card. I prefer check or PayPal because it's easier.
Be on the lookout for the new order forms to be emailed on February 1st. The price list is not expected to have many changes from the last order. Yay! If you are not on my email list and would like the order forms, please email me and request to be put on my email list. macoombs5@comporium.net
Thanks and have a wonderful day! Melissa : )

Walton Feed Deadline is Here! 5 days left!
Walton
Feed deadline is here!
Please
have all orders to me by next Monday, October 26th
I
have had a lot of requests for a little more time, so I am giving until Monday!
Please email your orders directly to me if you do not know who your group leader
is, or if she is no longer accepting orders. I will make sure it gets added to
the correct delivery.
(You are receiving this email because you are signed up to receive notifications from my blog. Please email me for the spreadsheet if you would like to order. macoombs5@comporium.net)
Please
note:
-
I will be out of town for a few days and will have lots of emails to answer. I promise I will answer all of your questions and help however I can, but it may take me several days to get to them all. Please do not email me your order multiple times. : ) I will send a confirmation email when I have opened your order and checked to make sure all info is on there. Don't forget to add your contact info!
-
It is most important that I receive the orders first, and then I will be gathering in the payments. Don't stress over getting me the payment by Monday too. I realize that takes a little longer to get all payments in.
-
Please send this email to anyone you think might be interested. The larger the orders are in your area, the more likely we can have a delivery in your area! And we all need to be getting more prepared!
PAYMENT
You can pay by check, credit or debit card (for orders
over $200) and by Paypal. My address is Melissa Coombs 2009 Whiskery Ct, York,
SC 29745. If you have a group leader, it is helpful for me if you turn
your payment in to your group leader. If not, payment can be sent to me.
For Paypal, send the money to macoombs5@comporium.net, and make sure to
"Send to Family and Friends" so I do not get charged a fee. Please include your
name and address so I can easily match your payment with your order.
For credit card, just let me know you
want to pay by credit card, and I will call you for that information or you can
call me! 803-818-1569
Please let me know if you need more time or a different
option.
DELIVERY
Delivery will most likely be in November and
December, but it will not be during the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Delivery date will depend on how many trucks we fill and where we are in line
once the order is turned in to Walton Feed. We will not have delivery
information until the order is figured out and organized, and trucks are routed.
That information will be sent out as soon as I have it.
*PS - We will be having
several Utah orders...let me know if
you are in Utah and I will send you the information. I have the spreadsheet
ready and know that we are trying to get deliveries in Logan, Ogden, Salt Lake,
Provo, and St. George. We can schedule other deliveries if there is interest.
Just contact me for information.
SPREAD THE WORD
Please spread the word in your area! The more orders we
have in your area, the more likely to get a delivery right to you!
There are
so many people buzzing about food storage and really wanting to do an order.
Would you please try to email it out to anyone who might be interested, and let
people know about it. Feel free to share it with neighbors, friends, family,
church groups, homeschool groups, etc. With all that is happening in the world,
