‼️WALTON FEED GROUP ORDER UPDATE‼️

Many are asking if we are still going through with the current
Spring 2020 order and if there are any issues with Walton Feed being able to
supply the food. So here's some info:
1. I spoke with them about this and right now the only issue
they see is needing to have a little more lead time to get in some supplies and
get our orders shipped.
2. I am moving forward with this Spring order just like I have
done for the past 20 years. I will not, can not, function from a place of panic
or stress. 😁❤️
3. 📅TIMELINE: Orders are due to me by April
22nd. Group leaders can have a few more days and need to have orders to me by
April 25th. I will not accept late orders this time. I want to have this order
organized and turned in to Walton Feed the first week of May. Please help make
my job easier by following directions and putting your name and contact info on
the top left of the spreadsheet. Delivery of orders will start in June and
continue until everything has been delivered.
4. 💲PAYMENT DEADLINE: The current deadline
for payment is set to May 2nd. Because we know there will be a little more time
for deliveries, I can push the payment deadline to May 23rd. That is the LATEST
I can receive payment. I have to send all money for the entire group order to
Walton Feed before they can schedule shipping, so please have all money to me
no later than May 23rd. You can pay by Venmo, Paypal, or Check. See the green
Ordering Info tab on the spreadsheet for payment info.
5. 🚛DELIVERY LOCATIONS: We will have
deliveries wherever we have orders. If we fill a truck, we will have
"trucking orders" that get delivered to different locations. If we
don't fill a truck, we will have UPS Freight/LTL orders. Same protocol as
usual. If we need to put some kind of system in place for delivery day where we
are not near each other, I can do that. That will only be an issue for really
large group orders, which that is rare. Most orders are smaller. We will figure
that out for each delivery with the delivery leader, and it will work out.
Please share order with people in your area so we can have a group order in
your area.
6. ❌REFUNDS: If
Walton Feed cannot get us a product that has been ordered, I will issue a
refund to the individual who purchased it by Venmo, Paypal, or check. The only
thing they know they cannot get right now that is on my spreadsheet is the bulk
box of raisins.
7. ❓QUESTIONS?

8. 🙏PRAYER: I am a firm believer in prayer
and have felt Heavenly Father's help and direction with these orders over the

I’m so excited about this new order! Here’s the information!
The Short of it:
- Group Food Storage Order – discounted prices and
shipping rate
- Order as much or as little as you want – bulk bags,
5 gallon buckets, #10 cans, small cans. They have a wide variety of
grains, beans, dehydrated products
- Deadline to me is April 22nd – use
attached spreadsheet
- Money is due May 2nd, but I can be flexible on
receiving payment (*Now extended to May 23rd)
- Delivery will most likely be in June and July - but it will just depend on how crazy things get, how
many trucks we fill, etc.

The Long of it:
Yay! It’s time for another order! I’m always excited to help
people with these food orders! It is important to do what we can to be
prepared for whatever may come. Just doing a little something can make all
the difference! Please help spread the word about this order, and let
me know if you would like to head up a group delivery. We can have
delivery locations ANYWHERE! (Read below.) All are welcome to
join our order! Please forward this to anyone you think might be
interested. The deadline is coming right up and it’s only
PRICES ARE DISCOUNTED FROM WALTON FEED'S WEB PRICES, AND
THEN DISCOUNTED SHIPPING IS ADDED IN TO GET THE FINAL SHIPPED PRICE. Many
of the prices on our price list (that include shipping) are less than
Walton Feed's web prices (which don't already include shipping.) The
heavier items cost more to ship of course, so those might be above the web
prices, but rest assured that ALL of the prices are discounted and then
shipping is added in.
Important change: Walton Feed only offers 5
gallon Super Pail buckets now instead of 6 gallon buckets. “Super Pail”
means the food is a sealed in a mylar bag inside the bucket.
PLEASE READ
You can order as little or as much as you would like! Walton
Feed offers a huge variety of food in #10 cans (about the size of a
gallon), #2.5 cans (about the size of a quart), 6 gallon buckets (Super
Pails with Mylar liners), and bulk bags and boxes. We get a discount from
Walton Feed's retail prices and good truck shipping rates. We will have
delivery locations all over the east coast from Florida to New York, and
several other areas in the central US and west coast. Anyone can
start a group in their area! We do this order twice a year – once in the
spring and once in the fall.

Group Order You can download the forms from that group page under FILES.
1 - The Excel Price List is the official
price list and what you should use to turn in your order. All you have to
do is fill out the contact information in the top left corner, then type in
your quantities under Person 1 column. Your order total and weight will
automatically be added up at the bottom of the page. Save this to your
computer, then you can attach it to an email and send it to your group
leader!
2 – Printable PDF Price List – This list is just for
convenience in case you want to be able to print the list. But please use
the Excel spreadsheet to turn in your order.
3 - What Should I Store PDF - I have
attached a form that states recommended foods and amounts. The first page
shows a year supply of basics for one person. On the second page I broke it
down to a one month supply for one person to help it seem more do-able.
This is a great page to copy and use as a handout! The third page is more
info and comments if you care to read them. : )
DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
The deadline is April 22, 2020. Group Leaders
need to have all orders to me by April 25th. Delivery
will most likely be in May and June, and possibly July, but it will just
depend on everything. I will email you information about your delivery as
soon as I have it. I will not leave you in the dark. You will get delivery
information as soon as I have it! :)
PAYMENT
There are 4 options for payment: (Payment due by May 23rd)
- Checks or cashiers checks can be made to Melissa Coombs
or your Group Leader. Follow your Group Leader's instructions! Checks
cannot be made to Walton Feed. They do not accept personal checks for
our large group order. My address is at the bottom of the email.
- PayPal payments can be sent to macoombs5@comporium.net. Make sure to click "Paying a
Friend" so I am not charged a fee. PLEASE include your name,
email address, and city and state in the comments so I know where to
credit the payment.
- You can pay me through Venmo. You can
search @Melissa-Coombs-1.
- Credit card payments can be done through Paypal. You do not
need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
SPREAD THE WORD
There are many people talking about food storage again and
really wanting to do an order. Would you please try to email it out to
anyone who might be interested, and let people know about it. Feel free to
share it with neighbors, friends, family, church groups, homeschool groups,
etc. With all that is happening in the world, we need to make sure we have
our food storage and supplies in order. Thanks for all you do to help
others be prepared. I know that we are blessed as we serve each other!
GROUP/STAKE LEADERS
We currently have orders in SC, NC, GA, VA, TN, FL, MD, TX,
NY, AZ and UT. But we can start an order anywhere! Let me know if you would
like to head up a delivery in your area.
Note: The spreadsheet is locked to preserve the formulas and
you can email me for the password if you are a group leader. That will
allow you to copy and paste orders to create a master group
spreadsheet.
