UPDATE on Spring 2020 Walton Feed Group Order

‼️WALTON FEED GROUP ORDER UPDATE‼️

 (These are the 2 emails I have sent to everyone on my email list. Email me if you want to be on my email list and if you want the ordering forms. macooombs5@comporium.net)

Many are asking if we are still going through with the current Spring 2020 order and if there are any issues with Walton Feed being able to supply the food. So here's some info:

1. I spoke with them about this and right now the only issue they see is needing to have a little more lead time to get in some supplies and get our orders shipped.

2. I am moving forward with this Spring order just like I have done for the past 20 years. I will not, can not, function from a place of panic or stress. 😁❤️

3. 📅TIMELINE: Orders are due to me by April 22nd. Group leaders can have a few more days and need to have orders to me by April 25th. I will not accept late orders this time. I want to have this order organized and turned in to Walton Feed the first week of May. Please help make my job easier by following directions and putting your name and contact info on the top left of the spreadsheet. Delivery of orders will start in June and continue until everything has been delivered.

4. 💲PAYMENT DEADLINE: The current deadline for payment is set to May 2nd. Because we know there will be a little more time for deliveries, I can push the payment deadline to May 23rd. That is the LATEST I can receive payment. I have to send all money for the entire group order to Walton Feed before they can schedule shipping, so please have all money to me no later than May 23rd. You can pay by Venmo, Paypal, or Check. See the green Ordering Info tab on the spreadsheet for payment info.

5. 🚛DELIVERY LOCATIONS: We will have deliveries wherever we have orders. If we fill a truck, we will have "trucking orders" that get delivered to different locations. If we don't fill a truck, we will have UPS Freight/LTL orders. Same protocol as usual. If we need to put some kind of system in place for delivery day where we are not near each other, I can do that. That will only be an issue for really large group orders, which that is rare. Most orders are smaller. We will figure that out for each delivery with the delivery leader, and it will work out. Please share order with people in your area so we can have a group order in your area.

6. ❌REFUNDS: If Walton Feed cannot get us a product that has been ordered, I will issue a refund to the individual who purchased it by Venmo, Paypal, or check. The only thing they know they cannot get right now that is on my spreadsheet is the bulk box of raisins.

8. 🙏PRAYER: I am a firm believer in prayer and have felt Heavenly Father's help and direction with these orders over the past 20 years and I know He will help us again. The deadline for everyone to have their orders turned in to their group leader is April 29, 2019. Group leaders need to have their orders to me by May 6th. Delivery will most likely be mid summer, but it will depend on how many trucks we fill, but delivery should be much quicker than last time. We will not have delivery information until the order is figured out and organized, and trucks are routed. I will email information about delivery and post it as soon as I have it. I will not leave you in the dark. You will get delivery information as soon as I have it! :) 

PAYMENT

There are 4 options for payment: (Payment due by May 12th - one week after the group leaders deadline to turn in orders to me) I can be flexible a few days if really needed. Just let me know.

Walton Feed Delivery Update

Quick Update:

Truck deliveries will start to ship this Saturday. We will get our truck deliveries from the 16th - 19th. Several orders are being shipped LTL or UPS this week and next. ALL group leaders and those who turned in orders to me directly will receive an email from me TODAY (half have already been sent out!) with information about their particular order! PLEASE text me if you do not receive one!! There has been an issue with a few people saying they have not received my emails! I'm so sorry about that! You can always text me (803.818.1569) and I will see that! I might not see a Facebook message if we are not Facebook friends, and apparently emails are not always reliable. Thanks everyone for your patience on this order! We were waiting for enough orders to fill the truck (first time we have never filled a truck ourselves!) and then we were waiting for hard white wheat to be harvested. All is well now and they are ready to ship our orders! This is a good reminder of why we need to be prepared! There are many issues involved with our food production and being able to access it! We never know when our systems will be interrupted and cause us to have trouble receiving food. We live in a blessed country where we have instant access to almost everything we want. But that might not always be the case. May you have many blessings as you work on your own family and personal preparedness! : )

Because of crazy life stuff (including a car accident and a computer crash), and requests from many of you, I have decided to extend the deadline for this order.

• Please have all orders to me by May 22.

These orders are organized by groups in geographical areas (or Stakes). If you need to know who your Group Leader is, please contact me and I will try to get you in touch with the right person. (UPDATE: At this point, just email your order directly to me if you don't know who your group leader is.) Or just email me your order and payment and I will add you to the nearest delivery location. Also, the spreadsheet is locked to preserve the formulas and you can email me for the password if you are a group leader. That will allow you to copy and paste orders to create a master group spreadsheet. 

If you are a past group leader, please let me know if you plan to head up an order this time or not. If you want to start up an order in your area, email me and let me know and I will help you get started. Thanks for all of your time and service to help others get prepared!
